Cancellation Policy

1. Registration & Access All participants must register in advance to attend the session. A Zoom link (or platform login) will be sent upon registration. Please do not share the link with others who have not registered. Replays will be provided to all registrants within 48 hours of the live session. 2. Payments & Refunds Payments are non-refundable once the session begins or the replay has been accessed. If you are unable to attend live, you will still receive access to the recording and resources. Refunds will only be issued if the workshop is canceled by The Backstage Mentor. 3. Code of Conduct Respectful behavior is required at all times. Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate language in the chat or during live sessions will result in removal from the session with no refund. We are here to learn and grow together—support your fellow artists. 4. Content Sharing & Intellectual Property All workshop materials (slides, worksheets, replays) are for personal use only. Do not reproduce, redistribute, or share any materials without written consent from The Backstage Mentor. 5. Live Feedback & Submissions If you submit materials (EPKs, bios, plans, etc.) for live feedback, you agree to share them publicly during the session. Constructive feedback will be given in a supportive and professional manner. 6. Privacy & Recording By attending, you agree to be recorded. Recordings may be used for promotional or educational purposes unless otherwise stated. Please mute yourself when not speaking and use headphones for the best sound quality. 7. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Clients who do not attend their scheduled session without prior notice may be charged the full session fee.
