Meet the Founder:
I’m Khaylah Jones, the founder of "The Backstage Mentor.” I started this business because I’ve lived both sides of the stage, the spotlight and the strategy. As an artist myself, I know how overwhelming the music industry can feel when you don’t know where to start or who to trust.
I’ve been fortunate enough to perform with legendary artists, and to work behind the scenes with organizations like the Recording Academy, the MLC, Rock the Bells, and more. These experiences taught me that talent alone isn’t enough; you need knowledge, strategy, and mentorship to truly thrive in this business.
